Return And Refund Policy

In case you face any concerns with the product, you may raise a return request (reasons as applicable), within the specified time window after the delivery. Please send a return request email to support@hawbeez.com


 

Returns

Usually - 

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

We will send you an email notification once your product is received and inspected. 

If the product is returned in good condition with original tag, your refund will be processed,

  • Only regular priced items are refunded, sale items are not
  • Only items purchased through the website are refunded

and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), and will have to be evaluated on a per-case basis. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

 We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hawbeez.com and we will arrange for a pick up of your item. Please pack the item carefully, so that it does not get damaged in shipping.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
